Every program at Apex is taught by someone who has actually competed in it. Pick a discipline, or do all five.
The art of eight limbs.
Fists, elbows, knees, and shins. Our Muay Thai classes run heavy on pad work and clinch, with live sparring once you've got the fundamentals down.
Best For
Anyone who wants a brutal cardio workout that doubles as real striking skill.
Format
60-minute classes — shadow work, pads, bag rounds, optional sparring Thursdays.
Class Times
- Mon / Wed / Fri — 6:00pm & 7:15pm
- Sat — 10:00am
Positions before submissions.
Gi and no-gi, taught around a simple idea: control the position, and the submission follows. A structured curriculum so white belts aren't just getting smashed for a year before anything clicks.
Best For
People who like problem-solving as much as sweating.
Format
75-minute classes — technique block, positional sparring, open mat Sundays.

- Tue / Thu — 6:00pm & 7:30pm
- Sun — 11:00am (open mat)
Where Apex started.
Takedowns, scrambles, and the kind of conditioning that makes everything else feel easier. No experience required — we teach it from the stance up.
Best For
Grapplers who want a stronger base, and MMA fighters who want to control where the fight happens.
Format
60-minute classes — technique, live drilling, situational scrambles.

- Sat — 9:00am
By coach approval.
Striking, grappling, and wrestling stitched together under fight-pace pressure. Amateur and pro fighters train here, entry once you're cross-training in at least two disciplines.
Best For
Fighters actively preparing for competition.
Format
90-minute sessions — situational rounds, fight simulation, film review.

Ages 6 to 12.
Wrestling and Muay Thai fundamentals adapted for kids — structure, discipline, and contact confidence, without the fight-camp intensity of the adult classes.
Best For
Kids with energy to burn and parents who want them off a screen.
Format
45-minute classes — games-based drilling, light contact, respect-first culture.
